This 1960’s home located on a tropical island needed whole house upgrading, including all new kitchen, all main and guest baths were upgraded to walk in showers. New office cabinetry and new vinyl windows through out. New rain resistant covering and skylights for the pools side lanai with stone details and drainage. All new upgraded electrical work and lighting along with numerous special design and detail work.
