This one bedroom apartment needed a kitchen up grade. The 24″ trailer sized stove was replaced by making more room for a standard 30″ stove by changing the 40 gallon floor mount water heater to a gas wall mount water heater to gain more room. A solid surface counter top and new floor tile and appliances finished things out..
