This Project
This 1960’s home located in Farmers Branch needed the buckling floor sheathing replaced with new plywood and uncoupling membrane for the new large format tiles. We kept the new cabinetry within the original kitchen configuration after upgrading electrical and plumbing service lines. After installing a new pantry area we replaced the stove, hood vent, lighting and installed wall storage cabinets and new doors in the laundry area. Painting and clear finish on the shelving along with new counter tops made for a well balanced kitchen, den and breakfast room renovation.
